The 198th edition of this freestyle dance battle takes place at WAAAPS WEST in Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. The event is a full tournament 2-on-2 format, but solo entries are also welcome. With a losers' bracket (second-chance tournament) in place, every participant is guaranteed to dance at least twice. The prize for the winner is 20,000 JPY, and there are also individual judge awards up for grabs.
